As a service-focused business since 1966, we were faced with highly unusual circumstances when presented with Governor Pritzker’s “Stay-at-Home” executive order late Friday afternoon. Fortunately, after very carefully reviewing the order, we have been deemed an “Essential” business and therefore will continue operations. As many of you are now working from home, schooling your children at home, or just hunkered down, our mission is to make sure you and your family’s time over the next several weeks is as comfortable as possible. You have entrusted us to install and maintain your home network, smart home system, lighting control system, CCTV system, general entertainment, and more, and we understand how critical it is that these things continue to function flawlessly during this stay-at-home period. We want you to know that we will be here for you to provide any support necessary.
As we continue to operate, our NUMBER ONE priority will remain to be the health and safety of our employees, our clients, and the community. I want to assure you that we will continue to take all necessary precautionary measures and will follow all CDC recommended guidelines to ensure everyone’s wellbeing.
Additionally, to help limit the spread of COVID-19, we have changed our design center operating hours to a “by appointment only” basis for the duration of the “Stay-at-Home” order. We are committed to providing the same level of service and support during this period, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if we can help in any way.
